    Warranty After Sales Service

    Charges and Pricing

    The standard call out charge for an Service Call is £130 + VAT. This covers the first hour on site. Thereafter the charge is £55 + VAT for every 30 minutes (UK Mainland Only)

    Repairs at our warehouse

    Whether you have purchased the items from us or not, if they are new or old, our highly trained engineers are on hand to assist you. Please call us to book an appointment and bring your equipment to us for repair. Our Engineer charges £55 per hour Labour charge. We hold many parts in stock enabling us to repair items quickly and sufficiently.

    Installation & Service

    If you require an engineer to Install your equipment (whether purchased from us or not) or you would like a service on your equipment. Please give us a call as we have large database of qualified engineers across the UK that can assist you. Regular maintenance of your catering equipment actively helps your company avoid breakdowns, minimising the risk – and cost – of equipment failure
